When you call or text a phone number operated by Ground Control, we may collect the following information:

• Project details: Information about the nature of your project, including service type, property address, project scope, timeline, and any descriptions you provide.
• Photos and images: If you respond to an SMS request with photos, we collect those images for the purpose of qualifying your project and sharing them with the local contractor serving your area.
• Call metadata: Call duration, time and date of call, caller ID information, and call recordings (where disclosed and consented to).
• Text message records: SMS and MMS messages exchanged between you and the AI agent, including opt-in and opt-out requests.
• Location information: Your property address or general geographic location as provided by you during the call, used to route your inquiry to the appropriate local contractor.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To answer and qualify your call and route it to the appropriate licensed local contractor.
• To send you text messages related to your inquiry, including photo requests, estimate confirmations, and follow-up information.
• To relay your inquiry, contact information, and project details to the local contractor serving your area so they can follow up with you.
• To improve our AI voice agent performance, call handling quality, and contractor routing accuracy.
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the specific local contractor serving your area so that contractor can follow up on your inquiry and provide the services you requested.

We may also share information with our technology service providers (such as Twilio, Vapi, and related telephony platforms) solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ground Control, our contractors, or the public.

5. Messaging Consent and Opt-In

We collect your express consent before sending you any text messages. Consent is obtained verbally during your call with the AI agent, when you are informed that a text message will be sent and you agree to receive it.

Your messaging consent is specific to the interaction you initiated and the contractor serving your area. Your consent is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

6. Data Retention

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
